Guys, it is a real fact.
Your credit card usage directly impacts your CBIL score. Eventhough if you make your payments on time with no outstanding on your current bill, that too will impact your credit score in negative way.
I will tell you with a best example.
Let's take your credit limit on your credit card is 50,000/- and constantly you are using ur credit card more than 50%, which means above 25,000/-, and making your payments before due with no outstanding amount this makes your credit score negative.
What happens behind the screen is that,
Your credit card issued bank like (ICICI, hdfc, hsbc etc.,) reports to CBIL department, that you are more of credit based customer. You are going in high risk. No bank will process you any personal loan etc.,
This is the real fact.
Steps to increase your credit limit:
1. Dont cross your credit limit more than 50%.
2. If you are about to use more limit , request your bank to increase the credit limit or make the partial payment, so that ur credit limit will not cross the 50%.
